The Atlas Group of Companies (JPL Group) has been in business since 1993. It first offered balikbayan box / freight forwarding. When operations grew to 16 states with a network of over 120 agents, other services were added. Money remittance, travel ticketing, staffing and job placement, document fetching services, columbarium sales, medical tourism sales, and many more businesses became the offspring of freight forwarding – becoming an all-in-one Filipino shop. With close ties to Seafood City, the number one Filipino Supermarket in the US, Atlas is indeed a one-stop shop for all Filipino needs. Wherever Seafood City expands with anchors Jollibee, Red Ribbon, Valerios, Chowking, and Atlas expand with it.
Atlas’ Number one asset is the built up trust with its customers – Filipino people in the US. To entrust valuables and money for safe logistics is no simple feat. In addition, Atlas has access, its foot in the door, to every customers’ household. Since Atlas is a door-to door business, its people gain entry every time there are pick-ups to be made.
